Guangdong Tasker (hereinafter referred to as “Tasker”) focuses on the research and development of AGV and automated warehousing solutions. This agreement is the core agreement for cooperation between the two parties in product procurement, solution customization, and other aspects.
The agreement clarifies the rights and responsibilities and service standards, covering the entire lifecycle from equipment delivery to after-sales operation and maintenance, in order to standardize and protect your rights and interests, and help implement intelligent services and build a cooperative ecosystem.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I. General Provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Scope of Application: These Terms apply to all users (including individual and corporate users) who access, browse, and use this website and related services (including product inquiries, AGV solution consultations, technical document downloads, online messages, etc.) and constitute a legal agreement between you and Guangdong Tasker Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
