Guangdong Tasker Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tasker”) is committed to providing you with high-quality automated warehousing solutions (including pallet AGV equipment, multi-machine collaborative scheduling systems, etc.) and excellent technical services. We understand that there may be differences in needs during equipment procurement or solution cooperation. Therefore, this refund policy has been formulated to clarify the applicable scenarios and procedures for returns and refunds, and to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
Please note that this policy applies to Tasker’s standard AGV equipment and non-customized solutions. Customized systems (software and hardware solutions developed specifically for customer scenarios) need to be separately agreed upon in conjunction with the cooperation agreement signed by both parties. Tasker promises to provide products and services that meet industry standards; however, the implementation effect of automation solutions is affected by third-party factors such as the on-site environment and operating procedures. Therefore, refunds will not be provided based on subjective user experience or differences in effect that are not related to product quality issues.
Core Refund Policy
I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to standard AGV equipment, general-purpose intelligent dispatching systems, and supporting standardized services (such as equipment installation training, basic operation and maintenance, etc.) purchased through official TASK channels (official website, offline sales, authorized dealers).
II. Return Policy
For standard AGV equipment, a return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and acceptance. The equipment must be unopened, uninstalled, and untested, with no scratches and all accessories included (including instruction manual, warranty card, and original packaging).
The equipment must be inspected by the Taskek technical team and confirmed to have factory quality issues (such as hardware failure, missing core functions, etc., not caused by human error or improper operation).
For non-customized solutions, if the service content is significantly inconsistent with the contract stipulations, a return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of service commencement, and the return must not have resulted in any substantial loss of resources for Taskek.
III. Return Application Process
Application: To return an item, please submit your application via the designated email address. The email must include the order number, device model, reason for return, and relevant supporting documents (such as photos of the device’s appearance, inspection reports, etc.). Review: Tusk customer service and technical teams will review your application within 3 business days and provide feedback on the review results via phone or email.
Return: After approval, please return the device using the method specified by Tusk (using protective packaging). Before returning the device, please confirm the logistics information and receiving address with us.
Assessment: After receiving the device, Tusk’s professional technical team will complete quality inspection and condition assessment within 5 business days to determine whether it meets the refund criteria.
IV. Fee Explanation
For returns due to product quality issues, Tasker will bear the round-trip shipping and testing costs.
For returns due to changes in customer needs (such as incorrect equipment model selection, adjustments to procurement plans, etc.), if the equipment meets the return conditions, the customer will bear the shipping, testing, and damage costs incurred during equipment unpacking/transportation.
Technical service fees already incurred (such as on-site installation, customized training, etc.) and bank handling fees are non-refundable.
V. Special Notes
Tasker reserves the right to refuse applications that do not meet the return policy standards (such as equipment that has been opened and used, damaged appearance, missing accessories, lack of valid order documents, etc.). If such equipment has been received, the customer will be notified to retrieve it within a specified period. Failure to retrieve it within the specified period will be handled according to the agreement between both parties.
Customized AGV equipment, proprietary automated warehousing systems, and solutions already deployed on-site are not subject to the no-reason return clause of this policy. Specific refund matters shall be subject to the cooperation contract signed by both parties.
