Standardized Cooperation, Building a Smart Ecosystem

Guangdong Tasker (hereinafter referred to as “Tasker”) focuses on the research and development of AGV and automated warehousing solutions. This agreement is the core agreement for cooperation between the two parties in product procurement, solution customization, and other aspects.
The agreement clarifies the rights and responsibilities and service standards, covering the entire lifecycle from equipment delivery to after-sales operation and maintenance, in order to standardize and protect your rights and interests, and help implement intelligent services and build a cooperative ecosystem.

I. General Provisions

Scope of Application: These Terms apply to all users (including individual and corporate users) who access, browse, and use this website and related services (including product inquiries, AGV solution consultations, technical document downloads, online messages, etc.) and constitute a legal agreement between you and Guangdong Tasker Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tasker”).
Effective Conditions: By clicking the “Agree to Privacy Policy” button on this website, submitting personal information, or actually using any service of this website, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of these Terms, and the legal relationship of privacy protection between Tasker and you is established immediately. VI. User Obligations

The information you submit must be true, accurate, and complete. You will be solely responsible for any service failures or disputes arising from false information.
Collecting or stealing others’ information through this website, or engaging in illegal activities such as attacking or tampering with the website system, is prohibited.

VII. Service Restrictions and Termination

If you violate these terms, Tasker has the right to take measures such as warnings, service restrictions, and service termination. Serious violations will be subject to legal action.
In the event that this website’s services cannot continue due to force majeure, technical failures, or policy adjustments, Tasker will provide 7 business days’ prior notice. Even after service termination, the obligation to maintain information confidentiality will still apply.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the performance of this clause shall be settled amicably through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court with jurisdiction in the place where Taxk is located (Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province).
