It clearly defines global delivery scope, delivery time, and anomaly response, providing efficient, safe, and traceable end-to-end transportation solutions through end-to-end visual tracking and AGV automated loading and unloading, ensuring intelligent automation throughout the entire delivery process.
Policy Introduction
Guangdong Tasker Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tasker”) focuses on the research and development and delivery of automated warehousing solutions. Its core products include pallet AGV equipment, multi-machine collaborative scheduling systems, and other precision intelligent equipment. To ensure the safety and efficiency of products throughout the entire transportation process, and considering the special requirements of equipment for shock resistance, moisture protection, and precise positioning, this transportation policy is formulated to clarify the service standards and division of responsibilities for domestic and international transportation, providing you with clear delivery guarantees.
Domestic Transportation Services
I. Carriers and Transportation Methods
Based on the type of products you purchase (such as standard AGV equipment or customized system components) and the delivery address, we will prioritize carriers with precision equipment transportation qualifications (such as SF Express, Deppon Precision Instruments Line, etc.) and use full truckload transportation, less-than-truckload (LTL) dedicated lines, or air freight to ensure the safe transportation of your equipment.
II. Shipping Cost Calculation Standard
Domestic shipping costs will be calculated based on the following factors:
Product characteristics: AGV equipment weight (200-500kg/unit), size, and protective packaging requirements;
Transportation distance: Province and region of the delivery address (remote areas require additional transshipment fees);
Transportation time: Cost difference between standard and expedited shipping (expedited shipping requires confirmation 2 business days in advance).
The specific shipping cost will be provided by the sales consultant upon order confirmation. Large orders (single purchase ≥ 5 AGVs) may enjoy domestic shipping cost reductions.
III. Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic delivery is typically estimated to take 3-10 business days, depending on the following factors:
Core cities (e.g., Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai): 3-5 business days;
Provincial capitals and second-tier cities: 5-7 business days;
Remote areas (e.g., Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai): 7-10 business days (including transit time).
In the event of delays due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, traffic control), we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.
International Transportation Services
I. Carrier and Channel Selection
For international clients, we will partner with international logistics giants such as DHL and FedEx, as well as professional cross-border industrial equipment transporters, to customize sea, air, or land transport solutions based on the logistics policies and customs clearance convenience of the destination country (region), especially ensuring the compliance of cross-border transportation of AGV equipment.
II. Freight and Customs Clearance Explanation
Freight Calculation: Based on product weight, volume, mode of transport (sea freight unit price < air freight unit price), and the logistics level of the destination country (region), a detailed cost list will be provided upon order confirmation;
Customs Clearance Responsibility: Taskek will provide the necessary compliance documents for equipment export (such as pro forma invoices, packing lists, CE certification, etc.) to assist with customs clearance, but will not bear the costs of customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, etc., levied by the destination country (region). These costs will be borne by the client;
Compliance Reminder: For key markets such as the EU, the US, and Southeast Asia, we will confirm in advance that the equipment complies with local technical standards to avoid customs clearance delays due to compliance issues.
III. Estimated Delivery Time
International shipping times vary significantly depending on the mode of transport and destination, as detailed below:
Air Freight: 5-8 business days to neighboring countries (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand); 10-15 business days to major European and American countries;
Sea Freight: 15-20 business days to Southeast Asian ports; 25-45 business days to major European and American ports;
Factors Affecting Delivery Time: Factors beyond Task’s control, such as customs clearance efficiency, port congestion, and inland transportation at the destination, may extend delivery times. We will monitor the logistics status in real time and update you accordingly.
Transportation support and acceptance
Equipment Protection: All AGV equipment and system components will be packaged with customized shockproof foam, moisture-proof film, and wooden pallets. Critical components (such as laser navigation sensors and control systems) will be additionally equipped with cushioning devices.
Logistics Tracking: After order shipment, we will provide a tracking number and tracking link, supporting real-time tracking of the transportation status throughout the entire process.
Acceptance Requirements: Please inspect the packaging integrity on-site upon receipt. If you find any damage to the packaging or the appearance of the equipment, please take photos immediately and contact us so that we can quickly initiate the abnormality handling process.
